The "Inspired Balance" podcast is designed to support women on their journey to manage stress and trauma in their lives. The podcast investigates a wide variety of topics aimed to offer inspiring solutions to processing and managing trauma and stress. We interview a wide range of women from researchers, to musicians, artists, sportswomen, writers, scientists and many more.

Co-creators Kiri Lingman and Katie Alleva met during their Honours degree at Griffith University. Both are passionate researchers and seek to create positive social change for women.

Thank you to Adele Pavlidis and Aine Tyrrell for their insights and for sharing their research and experiences.
